For questions about what insurance we accept, please click the above "Insurance" link or call our office. We encourage you to also check with your insurance to assure Dr. Nam Le is an in-network provider or if you have out-of network coverage as well. Our insurance coverage has changed in 2022.
Please NOTE: All office visit copays, surgery deductibles, coinsurances, fees, and outstanding balances must be paid in full PRIOR to your surgery. Unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans at this time for surgeries.

We will no longer be accepting HMO, HME, Referral Required plans, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Railroad, Marketplace plans (ie Molina, Ambetter). This is not a complete list of changes so please call our office prior to your next appointment to confirm if your insurance is in-network in 2022.
